Day 10 of 77

ok So I have been with out internet for 10 days, I had mobile internet but unable to upload photos and blog.
Arrived in Rome on May 5th and spent to days walking the city. Saw most of the important sights here, and experienced gelato, pizza by the slice, pasta, preseco and aperol, paella and a lot of fresh sea food. I have posted some pictures on my facebook.
but I will also post to a picassa web album so you can view my photos that are on my camera.
We took a bus on May 7 to Napels, where I thought we would get to spend some time, but I was wrong. We were hurried on to a ferry boat that took us to the island of Ischia. We stayed a hotel with nice views of the sea and near many little shops.
It sorta felt like Cabo but in Italy. Lots of tourist, lots of souviner shops, and lots of little places to eat. Everyone struggleing for business I think.
Ischia is a volcanic island, with many Thermal Spas. Unfortunately we did not have time to go to a spa, but I did play hookie one day from the tour, and went to a beach and got a massage on the beach by a woman from China.
We went to the island of Capri, the Postiano, and Amalfi. I played hookie on the Sorento day, and I hope to return another time in the near future.
So I am going to attempt to upload photos.
Unfortunately I can only do a few at a time. my spell check is in Italian so I can't check my spelling.

Day 3 of 77

So yesterday was a lazy day in the Bogenhausen area of Munich. I caught up on sleep and bicycled around the neighborhood, and nearby parks.
It never got to warm, but I managed.
leaving sunny Munich this morning for Rome! I will join several people at the Hotel and will begin exploring.

Day 1 of 77

Arrived safe in Munich!
Here I will spend the first two days of my seventy seven day adventure!!! I wanted to get settled in and get adjusted to time chnage.
Thursday Morning I depart for Italy, where I will embark on a week long tour of the Amalfi coast with a group of Americans.
From Maay 15-26 I will venture on my own. Exploring!

Cathedral City

Bought a house in Cathedral City with brother Kelly so we could have a place with good weather most of the year. The hot months will be spent in Ocate New Mexico or Bainbridge Island, WA.
I have a busy summer planned, so watch as I make one heck of an adventure!
